They do what they say they will. They take care of things. We're always concerned about our dog getting out of the back yard fence, but they're very careful and very reliable.

They were quite good and responsible several years ago. The business switched over from father to son and he had some learning to do. Unfortunately, what we have experienced is that, often they have made mistakes such as spraying when we haven't asked them to or we have specifically said not to. They have also been careless in how they spread it and it has gone into our garden beds. Whenever I have reported an incident to their office, the person there has been very nice and tried to rectify it. They have told me that they would give me a credit or not charge for the service. They basically make these mistakes and then they try to make amends but we have sort of had it. They came over one day sort of annoyed when I was not there and asked what they were supposed to do or not do. They just got kind of confused and maybe our requests were a little too much for them. There are some interesting things that we grow. We grow a lot of native plants and maybe they do look like weeds, but we had told them not to touch anything in the garden beds and somehow that got lost. We haven't been as happy with the service over the past few years. They do a great job in mowing the lawn, hedging and trimming and all of that, but I think that we are probably not going to use them next year. They get back to you right away and try but then they get the wrong thing.

They have been doing our lawn for years and we are very pleased with them.

I called and they came out when I wasn't home and left a quote in the mailbox. I called them back to do the work but I didn't see them do the work. As far as I could tell it was a good job. I didn't compare prices but I was comfortable with it. I don't know if they were more expensive than others.

I have been using his services for the last fifteen years now. I like that he is very punctual. I like the work he does for me. He also has a great follow up. He explains things well to me. I pay him monthly for his services.

We started using Leo Orlando Landscaping in Spring 2007. They have done a very good job thus far and have been responsive to any questions concerning our lawn. The monthly cost (on average about $225 per month during the season) for their services seems fair and reasonable when you add the costs for the services other than simply mowing/trimming the grass. We look forward to them taking care of our lawn in the years ahead.

They replaced the soil and the seed and did a very good job. They are very pleasant to work with.
