They were timely and had excellent workmanship. They were very clean in all regards. Overall, they were very good.

It went very well. Bob Smoran acted as contractor and subcontracted out the flooring, carpeting and ceramic tile work to three different contractors. Kovacs pricing was at leat 10% less than Mr. Floor's estimate for flooring, maybe more. Ceramic tile and carpeting were very reasonable. Work was coordinated with a minimum of 'down time' for me, workers were very nice and nothing was too much trouble. Paint quality was very good. They are responsive, honest, hardworking and they never tried to talk me into additional work or extras. I would recommend them highly.
