WOW WOW WOW! I'm so thrilled with my kitchen remodel with JLI. The entire process was so smooth and efficient. Lucy did an excellent job helping me come up with the design and picking out countertops/colors/etc. It turned out EXACTLY as promised! Juan and his team kept the work area contained and clean throughout the whole process. They were on time everyday, communicated everything that was needed, and were so meticulous with every detail. From the demo to the install to final touch ups, he did everything I asked and more. The best part, it only took 2 weeks of work for it to be complete (technically 3 weeks bc we were waiting on countertops but 2 weeks total of work). Everything was done so fast AND perfect, I was very impressed. I think for the quality of work matched with the quote I received. They were one of the higher estimates but only by a few thousand dollars so I think it was very fair pricing for the quality of work.

Lucy and everyone on her crew were wonderful to work with. They were prompt, efficient, polite, hardworking, and very competent. Lucy was patient with my incessant questions, and any minor quibbles were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The products they use (cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting) are very good to excellent. From demolition to completion took approximately 9 weeks. We have not one single complaint and would hire again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful work. Kept site very clean. Accompanied me to look at granite. Helped in choosing colors. Able to reconfigure original hard maple cabinets. Willing to work within our budget as long as crucial corners were not cut. Completed work on time.

New cooktop didn't fit in space of old cooktop, needed to enlarge cutout & adjust drawer underneath.  Josiph recommended by a friend.  He & helper arrived on time, they worked efficiently but very carefully not only to install cooktop but also to do everything possible to "save" the utensil drawer under cooktop, which had to be lowered a little.  When job done, other pots & pans drawers that had to be removed to allow access to underside of counter were returned to original places, counter area & floor were vacuumed/cleaned up like new, everything looked great when they left.  Josip followed up next day to see how everything was working, and when I told him that the utensil drawer was still sticking a bit, as it had after drawer was modified (we decided to wait to see if it loosened up after more use in new position), he said he'd come back to fix whatever needed (about to call him for that additional adjustment). All around: excellent job & excellent follow-up. So glad we found JLI/Josip--eager to  schedule more projects with him.

Everything went A+ from start to finish. It is important to say that I was not in a rush to have the job finished and I had to do it in separate sections so I could save the money needed for the entire job. Also, when you are working with custom made cabinets and custom desk and shelving, you do not expect them to be showroom ready. We had a timeline of 10 months because, JLI was also doing a massive 8 door and hallway trim wood stripping project at the same time.
Joe is always on time or he will call to let you know when he is coming. He was available to me by phone and/or text at all times. He was very professional in his approach to the project and we worked together to create the office project.
JLI's crew is extremely polite, clean after each day's work and are very quiet. When they arrive, they go right to work quickly and without much clamor.
I cannot imagine doing another project without the experience and workmanship of JLI Remodeling.
