Jet Restoration did some drywalling, interior and exterior painting. They did exactly what they were hired to do, did great work, showed up when they said they would and took care of the work space. The crew was polite and took their time to do a really good job. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

We just completed two projects in the last six months. 1) A Master and Guest Bath. 2) A whole townhouse remodel.

John and his staff are amazing. they painted several rooms in our house. did a great job and completely professional. would highly highly recommend.

Our place looks amazing. John and his staff did a great job. I have zero complaints. The crown looks impeccable and the painting looks very professional.
Although John was not the cheapest quote we received, we felt that his high level of service and attention to detail was worth the additional price.

The whole project was painless for us and everything looks good as new.

We needed restoration work on part of our gazebo which had rotted from water exposure. We also wanted our gazebo stained inside and out, including the roof. John came out and gave us an estimate which was reasonable for the wood repair, but too high for us to have him do the staining (in comparison to other quotes we got). He sent someone out to fix the wood (don't know his name) and he worked very diligently on a very hot day. He did an excellent job removing the rotten wood and replacing it with new pieces to match the existing gazebo structure. I would highly recommend this company to do this kind of work! We didn't think the gazebo could look "good as new", but it does now!

They were able to match the stain perfectly. They had an excellent person working on the job and did A+ service. They also restored it to it's original finish and luster.

John and his crew explained the work to be done and executed exactly as promised. He comes with my recommendation. I will say that he was the most expensive of four quotes though I felt he offered the most in my initial interview and thus I felt the amount was worth the extra $200.

Last summer I hired his company to sand and stain my outdoor deck. They sanded it completed down to the original wood by hand. He explained they didn't use a floor sander, because it may knick the wood. His guy even removed the steps and rebuilt new ones for us. The work was excellent.

The owner John was very prompt and professional, giving helpful suggestions regarding color selection. His bid was thorough and clear. He also helped us pick which items to have them do and which we might do ourselves so that we could stay within our budget. Jimmy headed up our crew, and a nicer guy you will not meet. He tacked down a new shingle on the peak of our roof where he noticed one was missing while painting the facia. He helped me get a cap on the chimney (actually, he did it himself). He and one of the other guys helped me wrestle a roll of sheet vinyl flooring up to the second story. As for the painting, their lines and surfaces are as sharp and smooth as you could expect with 60 yr old plaster walls. We went with some bold colors and the transitions between the main walls and accent walls look stellar. I stopped in on the second to last day of work, and Jimmy asked me excitedly how it looked. I told him that it looked fine and asked how he thought it looked. He got a big grin and said, "I think it looks AWESOME!" When I asked him about it, he told me that John (the owner) says that if you do each job as if it were your own house, everyone will be happy with the results. On the outside, there is not a single drop of paint on the brick or on the ground. These guys did a great job.

Initially they had quoted me the cost of redoing the baseboards and so forth. I actually decided to do the work myself and they were happy to allow me to do that. They were really very accommodating. They were able to plan their painting around the rip-out of the old carpeting that was in the basement and the re-installation of the new ones. They really worked with me that way and were able to be flexible enough so that they could do all these things in the right order. This was our second time using them. Each time John Turner is always prompt to get back to you. He is very thorough and he is willing to work with you and work around your schedule. He is very flexible and pretty much the only painter that we go to now. We don't even bother checking other people. We are actually going to use them in a couple of weeks.

They did very good work for me. Their response time is very quick. I can always count on 3 or 4 guys working on the project, so it finished quickly. The owner was very dependable and I appreciated that he was honest and clear why he charged what he did and the work that he did. He won't be the lowest bidder, but I know he won't be the highest. For the price, I received wonderful customer service and great quality work. I had another project I needed done, and received a quote from them. I decided to go with someone else, though I will use this company again in the future.

I am pleased and would hire John again. Great job guys!

I met John Turner, the principal, through a member of one of my networking groups and was immediately very impressed. I recommended him to others even before I used him and now that I have used him, I know my instincts were right on. John came to give me an estimate at the time agreed upon and got back to me the next day with an estimate. I also asked him for a recommendation for someone to install new hardwood floors and the company he recommended was phenomenal. John's crew started two days after the floor installation was complete. They showed up every morning at the scheduled time and worked diligently to complete the job in two days. They use top quality paint and primer and cleaned up beautifully. John came by every day to make sure his crew was making good progress and inspect the work. When I mentioned that I intended to put new tile in the foyer, he told me he would apply just one coat in that area and then come back when the tile was in to put on the second coat, paint the new base molding and touch up any areas that needed it - no additional charge. John has a motto on his business card: "exceeding your expectations". He got that right!

He was excellent. It was a great experience from beginning to end. He was punctual and he got the job done when he said he was. When necessary he was able to bring in extra men to get the job done on time. He was very accomadating.

John (the Owner) and his lead carpenter (Manny) came out for an initial walk-through and estimate which I received within 48 hours. Once engaged, we did another walk-through on the first day to be sure we were all on the same page. The team was very polite, friendly, timely and flexible with my schedule. They discussed what they'd be doing each day with me and also made some aesthetic suggestions (which turned out way better than what I was thinking of doing!). They covered everything to keep the dust at a minimum, and each night I came home to a cleaned-up house. They even returned/exchanged some wrong materials that I'd bought. Just really nice guys. The work looks terrific - many compliments from neighbors and family! Really liked the fact that the owner stopped by and kept in touch, during and after the project was complete.

A team of three painters was assigned to the job and it was completed very efficiently. The paint team was very clean, very thorough. They taped all the trim, completed the work and removed all of the tape. They even removed the wall switch covers and re-installed them.
