From the initial consultation with Victor Lew to the final touches with Robert H., Jeremy Lew and Associates went above and beyond to ensure that our vision was not only realized but exceeded. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they maintained open lines of communication throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. It was evident from our first meeting that Victor is an exceptional architect. His excitement and love for his craft was readily apparent during our meetings. He embraced our style and remembered all the details or what we needed to truly make this our custom dream home for our unique needs. His knowledge and experience specifically within Park Ridge was the reason we were able to make it through their challenging zoning and appearance approval processes. We truly believe that it would not have been as easy or as good of an experience without Victor on our side with the village. Based on our experience and seeing the final product, one of our close friends have started a project with them. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

The Lew brothers far exceeded our expectations. We hired them to design a two-story addition to our home. They not only designed the addition, they also showed us options for the second phase of our project which will include a full kitchen remodel. Victor and Robert said they didn't want us to do all the work on the addition only to find that we couldn't get a kitchen design for the main floor that we loved. Over the year-long search for architects, designers and builders we had met with six different firms. Jeremy Lew and Associates was the only one who really listened to what we wanted and came up with a plan (three options actually) that met all of our needs. I could not have hoped for more. They were professional, engaged and patient with us. We ended up with a design we absolutely love! We would definitely use them again!

It took longer then i anticipated but that could have been due to the weather. They were very good and professional. There was not aggravation through out the whole process. even after 6 years he is still very accommodating with questions about that project.

I think they are a little on the high side as far as pricing, but do a good job. We didn't get around to the final walk through until a few months ago and the job was finished for years ago. They still repaired a few things that needed done even though it was well out of the time frame that they had to. I would recommend them though as we have a great relationship with them. They came well recommended and do a lot of work in this neighborhood. The people here seem to be very pleased with them and continually hire them again and again. The only reason I give them a B is for the pricing and because no one is perfect. They were not messy and always cleaned up after themselves.

We're still in the exploratory phrase but all dealings so far have been pleasant. They're informative; proving helpful information about codes, etc. I appreciate their information thus far.
