General Remodeling
I received 3 other estimates, and decided to go with Greenwood not only because of price, but because I was so impressed with the way Gino did business. He was the only contractor that broke the estimate down. So much for demo, so much for dry wall, etc. He was also the only one that personally brought the estimate over and went over it with me. Everyone else just put it in the mail. I've had other remodeling work done in the past, and it was never a pleasant experience. Gino did a great job, and had several excellent suggestions. Gino was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him highly.
