They are awesome. Their management staff is hands on. You can call them and they will take care of anything for you.

Everything went fine, bids were provided on the spot, prices were competitive, work was performed when they said it would be and completed on time. We will contine to use Cardenas for our landscaping and concrete needs.

It was amazingly quick. It was sequenced and was completed in about four days. They did more work then I anticipated for the bid. They also did some very specific concrete patches. They had to remove some patches and replace them. They did a very neat job. They brushed out a spot where a dog had walked on the wet concrete. Because they were landscapers, they were very careful about the bushes and replanted some plants that needed to be moved due to the work. They also re-mulched everything.

He was very good, accommodating and easy to work with. The worked turned out good. It was a rental property and the tenants are very happy. We ended up doing more than we anticipated. One thing, he did not put the fence back correctly. That was a little bit sloppy.
