About us

With over 25 years experience as a carpenter in commercial and residential construction, I know how homes and buildings are constructed. I have been licensed in the state of Illinois since 2005. I inspect every property as if it's my own - I take pride in my inspections and I'm incredibly thorough. A detailed report with photos & thermal imaging for moisture intrustion in walls, ceilings and floors will be provided with your inspection.

Mr Garza was very thorough and gave us a lot of information to consider before purchasing our first two flat. He spent some extra time with me post inspection to help me understand some of the terminology and the timeline of the trouble areas he was able to identify. I feel I could call and ask questions throughout our negotiation process. It is good to have a good inspector on your side.

Mr. Garza was prepared and professional. When I arrived 20 minutes early for the inspection he was already inspecting the exterior of the property. He was detailed and and thorough and prevented me from making an expensive mistake. I appreciated that he had prior experience in the trades as a carpenter which I felt gave him the necessary knowledge to assess the property. I myself have a better than novice understanding of residential construction and I was impressed with his analysis. He clearly demonstrated that he has his clients best interest in mind. I will be hiring him again when I find another property and I highly recommend him.

Bob Garza was great Very thorough, from getting up on the roof of my 2.5 story home for a proper roof inspection to every square foot on the inside plumbing, electrical, crawling around in the attic, his 101 page inspection report was a great introduction to my new home. Robert Garza did an excellent job. I am writing this review 3 months after our inspection because my husband and I were so amazed at how thorough and spot on he was with our inspection. We needed additional work done on the home. After we had plumbing, tuck pointing and roofing specialists come, Roberts recommendations and reasons why we needed to have areas looked at were accurate. He really knows his stuff.

I give Mr. Robert Garza 10 stars if that's possible! He provided The most thorough, professional, and detailed home inspection I've had! Mr. Garza was quick to respond to my request, early to arrive, and not in a rush at all. He went over certain areas twice to be sure details were accurate. Mr. Garza provide the most detailed inspection report in less than 24 hours after inspection. He was able to save me from a ton of expensive repairs that were unseen to the common eye. I will only use Mr. Garza in the future and I've recommended his service to at least 3 people who are also going through the same home buying process.

Robert was very thorough with his inspection! I searched for the best home inspectors and Robert was at the top and once I saw his detailed sample report I knew why. Robert was patient with all my questions, being a first time home buyer I had many of them. I had Robert inspect a condo and although he only has to inspect the space that I am responsible for he went ahead and inspected all common areas as well, including the roof. I can tell that Robert knows what he is talking about not just because he has answers to questions, but also because of his experience as a contractor and as a Chicago Firefighter. If I have questions Robert said that I could reach out (which I have already done and he answered me within an hour). Highly Recommended.
