 + -1 moreTHE LANDSCAPER ONLY REPLACED THE TOP TIE. THE BOTTOM TIE WAS WASHED AWAY. AFTER I STOPPED THE PAYMENT ON THE CHECK HE RETURNED TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. WHAT A THIEF.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY WAS SUPPOSED TO REPLACE ALL OF THE RR TIES IN THE BACKYARD.
