Description of Work: I wanted to redesign my wedding set, and add some diamonds from family jewelry. Other jewelers told me I couldn't use them due to condition etc. they wanted to sell me new diamonds to add. The salesperson at Franz said there was no problem using the old diamonds. We designed a ring together, which I love. It even cost less than anticipated A family owned business you can trust

Description of Work: WOW, ARE THESE PEOPLE GREAT. I BROUGHT MY WATCH IN FOR REPAIRS. THEY WORE THE WATCH FOR A WEEK AND TOLD ME THAT IT DIDN'T NEED REPAIRS AT ALL. A SELF-WINDING WATCH NEEDS A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF ACTIVITY TO KEEP IT WOUND UP. THEY GAVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS AND IT'S WORKING FINE. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME AT ALL. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAD WATCH REPAIR DONE THERE AND THE PREVIOUS REPAIR JOB WAS FAIRLY PRICED AND PERFORMED VERY WELL.
