Though a little difficult to get on the phone (website appointments would be helpful), once appointment was made the blower was picked up on time, maintained and returned on time.  Snow blower worked fine.

I called to inquire on snow blower repair and received all details.  Snow blower was picked up and dropped back off on the day and time window stated.  Ferraro Small Engine is very accessible and provides full transparency to repair issue, time and cost of repair.

Brought a neighbor's model-year 1989 Torro snow blower to Ferraro Small Engine Repair. They were very professional and were able to get it running again. It was busy season, and though they had many snow blowers to work on, they completed mine sooner than I expected. I would absolutely use them again.
