We finally have an operable fireplace and I’m happy. The fireplace appears to be new. Joe was extremely professional and educated us on done “do’s” and “don’t” and he explained everything they we’re doing throughout the process. The work was about 4 hours but, it was completed very well. The most important is the lifetime guarantee. I obtained the quotes, Joe made the best impression and he wasn’t pushy, just provided the facts and offered a military discount.

After obtaining several estimates, a couple telling us we needed to rebuild the entire chimney for about 3x the price quoted to repair, and a few not getting back to us to answer subsequent questions-- we went with Elite. They were friendly and professional from the start and always responded back to questions right away. Their masons did a great job repairing and all were punctual and reliable. Even referred to my neighbor on the spot for some chimney work they need done. We will most likely schedule them to clean our chimney from now on too.

My interaction with Joe at Elite Chimney is how I wish things went with every contractor that I worked with. Joe Rudd responded to my Angie's list request for quotes within 5 minutes (beating the other 2 vendors by half a day) and was cordial, confident and informative. I had a time issue that would have eliminated Elite based on their first availability so Joe responded by offering to squeeze me in between other jobs in less than a week from my call. He arrived with an assistant and they were friendly and efficient, carefully covering the area as they swept the chimneys. They climbed to the roof to check things out and sent up a drone to show great overhead pictures of the chimneys, my first good look at the new chimney caps that I had recently had installed. They recommended new igniters as one was rusting out and the other was damaged. I love this wonderful company and would use them again in an instant.

It's a really good service. They were nice and clean. They wear booties inside the house. Very professional. They did the work pretty good. They did exactly what I needed them to do. I would have them do the annual cleaning.

This entire experience was incredible from start to finish. Joe was extremely professional in the whole process. He did a great job of educating us on our needs, the options for each solution, and provided the work when he said he would. Scheduling was a breeze, and that was a big concern because our personal schedules are so challenging. We had multiple estimates from others, but we needed someone who could complete ALL the work we needed at the right price, not multiple contractors to manage....Elite was exactly that. I have suggested Joe at Elite multiple times already and will continue to sing praises every time I come across someone who needs chimney work done. It's not the kind of thing you typically enjoy spending money on....but now this fireplace has been going every single night and we couldn't be happier!
