Description of Work: Electro Force performed three (3) different projects at my home. Installed a new 200A 42 circuit main distribution panel, a new 100A 20 circuit sub distribution panel, install an automatic transfer switch, a new underground meter fitting with a 200A main circuit breaker, installed a main service water pipe grounding, installed an exterior supplemental ground rod for diverting lighting strike voltage, and relocated existing cable/satellite, security and telephone. This project required the removal of the existing electrical circuit box and setting up and installing a new circuit box and preparing the electrical for a generator. The second project was the installation of a 20KW Generator. The installation involved digging a trench for the natural gas and electrical conduits for the generator. Setting up a pea gravel base and reinforce a concrete slab to set the generator on. Install a polyethylene gas pipe to accommodate the required gas volume as per the generator maker. They installed the underground steel conduit for generator power and control conductors. They installed a copper ground rod for generator supplemental grounding. They continued the underground steel conduit into house and connected to the transfer switch load center. They pulled the required conductors to support the power loads and adjust for voltage drop considerations. They installed the natural gas connections at generator, gas meter and checked interior gas appliance for continued operation. They installed a group 26R-540 cold cranking amp battery in generator. They tested the generator under loaded conditions and added air conditioning circuit breakers after circuit breakers were installed. They installed a generator self-test verifier, programed and tested for operation. The third project was to set up a duel sump pump control alternator and fixture. They installed a mechanical sump pump alternator control system with three lever positions. The control switch is set up between two sump pumps so each will run and rest equally. If the water level in the basin reaches higher levels both sump pumps will run simultaneously. Each sump pump has a separated dedicated circuit to prevent total power loss if one pump malfunctions, the second pump will continue operation. All work was done according to village code and was done meticulously and professionally. Everything was explained in advance as to how the work would be done and how everything would work after installation.
