SIGNED CONTRACT EARLY MAY FOR WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY THE END OF MAY. WORK NOT COMPLETED UNTIL END OF AUGUST. NEVER RETURNED TO COLLECT LUMBER USED FOR FORMS. VERY SLOW TO RETURN CALLS. QUICK TO COLLECT HIS MONEY
