Excellent!!! I was SO impressed! We have a dog and he is constantly rubbing up next to my sofa and it looked awful! This is the third time I have had it cleaned and the third time was clearly the charm. It looks 1000Xs better. Will definitely use this company again. Thank Dura Clean.

After contacting owner Chuck Russell and leaving a message, he got back to me right away to set up the cleaning. He and his assistant Eric arrived right on schedule, introduced themselves and got right to work. They were very kind,  professional and knowledgable . I had a big task for them to remove some nasty stains my kids had left and they worked hard to remove as much as was humanly possible!! I was THRILLED because I was SURE that no one could do it and make it look as good as it does now!! I know some stains are probably way more difficult than others but Chuck really did a FANTASTIC job.  They first "rake" up the carpeting which I'm sure helps open any matted areas and then thoroughly vacuumed all areas. He even showed me how the very fine grime he was able to extract from the deep parts of some carpeting and explained how that deep fine grime can wear carpet fibers away as we walk on them, causing thin spots....especially on the staircase....so he put extra effort into vacuuming that staircase a second time.  He and his equipment certainly did a FINE job. Our carpeting looks so clean, smells so good, and the colors are so vibrant again and those stains!!....I had no idea he could work that kind of magic!! I will ABSOLUTELY hire him again and definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Everything went well. They fit in a lot of cleaning with a number of additional rooms that were not in the

original agreement. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.

Prompt, courteous, and Professional. I've hired several carpet cleaning services over the years. Now I would never hire anyone else! They did a fantastic job. Moved all furniture and back again, carpets dried quickly, and spots never returned. (These were stains I never expected to be removed). Super service!

Chuck took one out of seven cushions to see what he could do, advising that he was not certain all stains could be removed. After seeing the outcome and huge improvement we decided to have remaining cushions cleaned. We're very pleased with Chuck's work and feel his charges were very fair, especially given the challenges.

I've used them for years. They are honorable and reputable. I will continue to use them and I am very happy with them. They have integrity and do what they say. The stains have never come back, but they tell me that if they do that they will come back.

WE'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS. THEY ARE A GOOD AND REPUTABLE COMPANY. THEY ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO MY HOME, SO THEY ARE REALLY CONVENIENT FOR ME TO USE.
