My daughter needed to use the piano for a project at school, and I needed a fast last-minute tuning job. My usual person takes three weeks to work his way around to my neighborhood, as he is very popular and gets jobs all over Chicagoland. I turned to Angie's List and found someone who could do it THE SAME DAY. This is a miracle! The tuning job went well; unfortunately, within a week the F below low C went out of tune again.

I have had Bruce Dornfeld tune and repair my piano for more years than I remember.  I am an active player, so this is very important to me.  Bruce has provided excellent quality service and is also a very nice person to deal with.

Excellent job, as usual. We have had Bruce Dornfeld tuning our piano for two years now, and he always shows up on time, well dressed, and ready for work. The piano sounds awesome when he leaves, and the price is right! We would recommend him to anyone who needs work on their piano, from tuning to adjusting the action of the keys to a total overhaul.

BRUCE HAS TUNED MY PIANO SEVERAL TIMES, AND IT STAYS IN TUNE FOR WELL OVER A YEAR AT A TIME. MY PARENTS HAVE TWO PIANOS WHICH HE TUNES REGULARLY. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF THE CARE OF YOUR PIANO, AND CAN MAKE SUGGESTIONS ABOUT SUCH THINGS AS HUMIDITY MANAGEMENT, PIANO REBUILDING, ETC. VERY TRUSTWORTHY GUY.
