If you ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you call 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. If our Maids arrive at your home for a scheduled appointment and cannot gain entry there will be a lock out fee. We offer a full line of cleaning services at affordable prices. All of our services come with a 24 hour guarantee - if we miss anything we will come back to clean it at no charge. Our maids are professional and courteous. Special requests are always welcome. "Completely Maid and all of it's staff would never jeopardize a clients safety or security by intentionally turning off network equipment or maliciously disabling security cameras. We offer a 24 hour guarantee for all of our cleaning services and had the customer called us we would have been more than accommodating to resolve his complaints. Had any attempt be made to complain to us a resolve would have been easily obtained. Our apologies that he doesn't feel that we did our best in his home. We are definitely responsible for cleaning in a responsible and healthy manner, if our maids should miss something we hold them and ourselves accountable. I did take some time and noticed that this particular customer has made many negative reviews of other companies as well. Some people are easier to please than others - I think in this particular case he was unable to be satisfied. Which is really a pity since we have such a high standard for our service and customer satisfaction. For consideration to future buyers of home cleaning services. Completely Maid always strives to build long lasting relationships with our customers. Our staff, when they enter your home, is to provide a great cleaning that your family will enjoy for days.
