I started working with her probably summer of 2015. I found the house I ended up buying not until April 2016, but it had not to do with her. It had more to do with the tight market and my budget. We were going to set up a showing but they were already under contract. I found a place, it was two days before the close and my lawyer calls me, "There is a problem. There is no common insurance on it." So the mortgage company said they will not give me a mortgage on that particular property. My realtor and the mortgage representative said it was only the second time in their career that they could not process in this particular area. There are little 4 condo units and they figured they could just blow that off. She would do as much as I wanted her. Sometimes I felt she was really busy with other showings so sometimes it was hard to get her, but usually she would at least call me back and send a colleague.
