I had a great experience with C-Thru. I got a real person when I called and was able to set up an appointment for the following week to have a rep look at my project . The rep was knowledgeable and recommended products for my needs. I ordered the film in two increments since I was in the middle of construction and planned to replace one of the windows that needed film. I had the same installation team both times and they were fantastic. The guys were friendly and professional. The were meticulous in the application and made sure the film fit perfectly. They protected my room and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them.
