Window Treatment Service
The owners, Andy and Stella, could not be nicer to work with. The pricing seems fair for the materials and labor. The blinds look great and are a huge improvement on the ancient ones that we replaced.
I phoned the company a couple of times, once, to check on the order after six weeks, and the second time, to mention the nonfunctioning blind. I had to call twice in order to hear back when I was told to expect a call back. In fairness, it's possible that the person was not able to get the information from the supplier as soon as she had hoped.
When I reported that one blind wasn't working, Stella said that of course they would replace it, absolutely no problem.
I very much appreciate being able to work with such nice people and to have a major household project accomplished so efficiently.
