+ -1 moreThe owners, Andy and Stella, could not be nicer to work with. The pricing seems fair for the materials and labor. The blinds look great and are a huge improvement on the ancient ones that we replaced. I phoned the company a couple of times, once, to check on the order after six weeks, and the second time, to mention the nonfunctioning blind. I had to call twice in order to hear back when I was told to expect a call back. In fairness, it's possible that the person was not able to get the information from the supplier as soon as she had hoped. When I reported that one blind wasn't working, Stella said that of course they would replace it, absolutely no problem. I very much appreciate being able to work with such nice people and to have a major household project accomplished so efficiently.
Description of Work: About two months before our service date, Andy came to my home to give an estimate on a massive project: replacing blinds in seven rooms. He recommended specific types of blinds and discussed pros, cons, and style options. He measured thoroughly and wrote up a detailed estimate. He then waited while I went through each room and decided on colors, using the sampler that he had. On installation day, Andy spent about four hours very efficiently installing all the blinds. We subsequently noticed a problem with one set of blinds (for the largest window). Andy returned and replaced it within a couple of weeks.
