The Bright Side Inc offers a variety of residential and commercial maintenance services from carpet & upholstery cleaning, to air duct and dryer vent cleaning, leather furniture restoration, power washing, deck restoration and sealing services. The Bright Side, Inc. was founded in May of 1993 and incorporated in October of that same year. Our goal is to fulfill the unmet service needs of Chicago's north suburban area. While there are many carpet cleaning companies in the area, surprisingly few have the prerequisite knowledge to provide proper cleaning methods and maintenance advice and information for delicate and high-investment fabrics. The owners of The Bright Side, Inc. have positioned themselves to serve this market niche with extensive education regarding fabrics and fiber materials, the chemistry of cleaning and prior experience in the field. Second time using their service. All went well AGAIN. They were able to remove or greatly reduce carpet stains. They did much better than a previous carpet cleaner I used before I contacted Bright Side, removing stains that the other company was unable to. Scheduling was quick and easy -- very responsive

They steam cleaned 8 hallways (3 stories) and applied Scotchguard. The carpet was showing a lot of dirt on the ground level where there is a lot of foot traffic. We cleaned it a year ago with another company, but it didn't make a big difference. This year we hired Bright Side due to their excellent Angie's List reviews. It was a good decision. They did a great job! We will be bringing them back yearly to perform this service.

Very well indeed. I own a townhouse that I rent out, and I needed carpet cleaning between tenants. Prior to move-in of the previous tenants, I had hired another company to clean the carpets, and they were unable to do much with red stain on white Berber carpet in the bedroom. Several years later, when the tenants moved out, I was fortunate enough to find Bright Side. Neil was able to fit into a very tight schedule (I had only five days between tenants to paint the place, do some minor fix-up, and have the carpets cleaned). Not only was he able to accommodate the tight schedule, but the work was excellent. Somehow he was able to almost completely eliminate a stain that had confounded the previous carpet cleaner. These are the people to call.

Neil (the owner) was super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He came to give us an estimate on carpet cleaning at a time that was convenient for our schedule. He scheduled service within a few days of our estimate, again at a time that was convenient for our office. He also automatically added the Angie's List Coupon/discount without me asking. The carpet looks like new and we were very pleased with the final outcome. I would recommend Neil and Bright Side, Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient and well priced carpet cleaning services.

I found them on Angie's List. They were local, so I called them. I thought they were a little pricey. I would use them again, unless I found someplace else cheaper.
The work was great. They did fine. The only thing I didn't like was that they left everything up on blocks which they have to do because how would the rug dry under it, but I have a terrible problem getting stuff down from the blocks.

After the initial cleaning there were some brown spots left on the carpet. They appeared after the workers left. When Neil heard about this he volunteered to come back and remove them. Today, he was here and the carpet is now spotless.

The Family room was a thorough cleaning with all the furniture moved. The other rooms I just had them clean the open areas and not move the furniture. Very well done. We had a dark spot on the carpet where my husband sits (no more shoes!) but Freddie was able to get it out. The whole house smells like oranges. Neil, the owner, left me a business card and a coffee mug.

Excellent! The technicians arrived on time, were friendly and efficient. Their work was top-notch in every phase. It was fine, good. I honestly don’t remember when they came out. Probably three months ago. I think it was two people. It took two hours. I honestly wasn’t there, it’s very hard for me to say what they did well.
