These guys were great. After several failed attempts to get a replacement central vac hose through other dealers, I spoke with Brad at BJR. He helped me determine which hose I needed and ordered it for me. He gave me a great price ($150 less than the first company I contacted) and it arrived at my house in a few days. Brad was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Great experience!

I hired BJR to replace the master intercom unit. The new unit did not operate properly after installation. I am unable to utilize it for intercom or doorbell. I have scheduled 3 visits to get BJR to come out and correct the problems. They did not show up or call on the first visit, the workman did not have the correct part on the second visit and didn't show up until an hour an a half after the four hour window, and they failed to show or call on the third visit. The owner, Brad Phillips, has failed to respond to all messages left with his answering service, and has consistently failed to contact me whenever he says he will. I have taken at least 20 hours off of work to deal with this company.

"We will replace main unit or remove and refund monies. Her existing system may have other issues, i.e. wiring or stations that are causing problems to this new master unit. System worked when 1st installed. Scheduling always an issue with client - offered 1st appointments, had to have afternoons - late. Called cell # as requested. Phone was in purse & off - lady mad. She came home & waited. Finally called office. I then dispatched tech. When we remove unit we will cheerfully refund. Took her 1 month approx. to pay - never an issue till later. Why pay if it does not work?"
