I purchased a 250 gallon tank; the owner and his wife and I selected each item that I wanted to include (options were based on the location of my tank, what is best for the lighting, temperature, etc). I was thrilled with the result and was impressed that they both visited me the evening after it was set up and followed up with me the next day to insure I understand what Ineeded to do on my end to keep the environment safe. When they went out of town, they called me special to let me know, and gave me the name and personal telephone number of the individual in their company who would respond to any question I might have in their absence.
