 + -1 moreI purchased a 250 gallon tank; the owner and his wife and I selected each item that I wanted to include (options were based on the location of my tank, what is best for the lighting, temperature, etc). I was thrilled with the result and was impressed that they both visited me the evening after it was set up and followed up with me the next day to insure I understand what Ineeded to do on my end to keep the environment safe. When they went out of town, they called me special to let me know, and gave me the name and personal telephone number of the individual in their company who would respond to any question I might have in their absence.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate on the cost of adding a custom aquarium to our home. I reached the owner of the company on my first call; other places required I leave a message and "someone would get back to me". He was polite and knowledgeable and we scheduled a time to meet to discuss what I was looking for. He arrived, on time, the next day and it was very obvious that he not only knew the business, but wanted to insure that the right choice was made not only on my behalf, but also what is best for the fish and other living matter. Although there was absolutely no pressure to "sign", I knew immediately that he would be the company of choice. The price was more than fair and it included service that could not be matched with the other companies contacted. I love the fact that they have a 24 hour emergency service that is answered by an owner, not a call center, or answering service.
