flooring contractor
+ -1 more7 am came and went. I called him at 7:30 am. He said he was not coming out. He said he had a big job downtown and had to go there. I asked him why he did not call- no response. I told him I would be speaking to my girfriend. He said, "tell her whatever you want". I did speak with her and now I am speaking through Angie's List.
Description of Work: This person came highly recommended by my girlfriend. I asked him to come out to give price on doing my kitchen floor. Price was reasonable. I accepted him as the person to do my work. We made arrangements for him to come out the following day to do the floor at 7 am. I then asked him to fax me a written contract as to the cost previously agreed upon for the work to be done. He said fine. I called him later, not having received a contract. He said he would send it out later that evening or bring with him in the morning. I then proceeded to clear out the kitchen.
