Dan and Dan showed up a couple minutes late but all was smooth sailing after that.  Fast, professional, courteous and clean.  Great guys great company.  I have no complaints!!

It went well and quickly.

Excellent!  Dan and Jeff sent information about a week before the service date to confirm our appointment and to give directions about moving objects that might block access to the vents.  They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, brought an immense vacuum and hoses (see photo),cleaned up everything, and were done in two hours as promised.  Since my basement apartment did not have the kind of long return ducts, Dan even reduced my $700 cost by $200.  A big surprise!  This was even though they needed to go all the way up to the furnace in my attic to clean the flexible ducts for my 1st floor apartment.  (Again, see photo.)  I didn't find AmericanDuct through Angie's List because they came so highly recommended by Al Air who take care of my heating and whom I trust completely.  They weren't wrong. 

Did a good job, as best as I can tell in that one cannot see very far into the ducts...although I could see a sample of some of what was lodged and removed from the ducts.

This is the first time I had someone clean the ducts (ducts were cleaned before we moved in). The 2-person crew was very efficient and clean. It took about 2 hours to clean 32 or 34 vents and a 20 ft dryer vent. Since prices vary a lot, this company is definitely on the expansive side. Otherwise very happy with the service.
