The driver was courteous, friendly, and professional and the drive to my home was quick and efficient.

When I called to make a reservation we were quoted one price -- when the driver arrived he said it would be $10 dollars more due to this being an early morning pickup -- ok, understandable. However, the driver was very rude. We were leaving for a 2-wk cruise and had 4 pieces of luggage, two of which were carry-ons. When my husband went out to meet the driver, his very first words were: and quot;You should have ordered a mini-vanand quot;. We were under the impression this would be American Taxi, not a limo. He didn't lift a finger to help my husband load the luggage into his trunk. For the entire duration of the trip he talked on the phone in a foriegn dialect -- which I thought was rude. He never addressed us except to ask which airline we were using. The only reason we gave him a tip is because he was on time -- after that it was all downhill.

They are excellent. They are much more reasonable than a limousine. They are all over the Chicagoland area. They bring people into the city from the suburbs but they do not do any pick-ups in Chicago. They have all kinds of telephone numbers and listings and they are all independent drivers under American Taxi. They are very responsible and I do not have any criticism of them at all. I think their prices are reasonable. The quality of service is high and they are always prompt to pick up.

THE DRIVER WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. THE SERVICE COST $70 PER HOUR WHICH WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER LIMO SERVICES FOR THAT SIZE CAR.
