"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for your review of my company. I am really happy with the way your project turned out. With all the different issues that you had going on with respect to the stone boarder needing to be pulled out and ground down or replaced to the elevation change needed to accommodate the tile just inside your door. Please spread the word to your friends and neighbors whenever you hear someone asking about concrete work, as it is word of mouth from happy customers that has our business thriving still 47 years later. Sincerely, Scott Bush"
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you so much for the great review. We take great pride in making sure our customers are happy with our work. I will pass this along to my crew and let them know how much you guys appreciated their hard work. Please continue to spread the word to your neighbors. Thank You."
"[Member Name Removed], Every now and then I [Member Information Removed] into your complex and take a look at your large [Member Information Removed] to see how everything is holding up over the years along with the salting that your snow removal company does to it, and every time I pull away I have a smile on my face knowing that your [Member Information Removed] is in great shape. We appreciate the business you gave us back in 2011 and look forward to working with you and your HOA again in the future. Sincerely, Scott Bush"
Scott Bush and his employees look like they were sent from central casting to be a concrete crew. It is obvious from the start that these guys know their business. They climb out of their trucks and start work. There is no standing around at all.
My project involved dealing with a few unknowns regarding some underground piping. I was very pleased at the effort to investigate and the solution that was recommended.
The foreman, Ricardo, is always pleasant to talk to and always took the time to answer all my questions (of which there were a lot). Its actually enjoyable to watch him work as he takes such care with such small details. When they were done, you could see how these little things added up to a first class project.
Because of the existing layout out the property, there were a couple of challenges that arose on the project. I liked that Ricardo pointed them out and we decided on the best solution together.
My neighbors came over when the job was done to express appreciation that the sidewalk that runs between our houses was replaced without disturbing their property. How often does a concrete crew with their jack hammers, concrete saws and cement trucks get compliments form the neighbors? This really speaks to their professionalism.
Happy to hire them again.
"{member name removed}, Thank you so much for that great review. I am very fortunate to have an outstanding crew of guys that not only know how to provide a great end product, but have the professionalism to properly answer any concerns that may come up along the way. It was a pleasure to work with you and am glad your neighbor was happy with the way we keep a clean job site too."
