He came to give us an estimate. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The crew who came out to put up the gutters and the gutter covers were well trained and did an excellent job. When we encountered some problems, they truly care about their clients and promptly resolved that problem. We are very pleased and satisfied with your company and highly recommended this company to others.

It did not go well. Many things went wrong. When asked to rectify the problems, Howard was very impolite and unresponsive. Very unprofessional.

Howard was responsive and up front about his time and the cost. He was timely, polite and offered to clean the sidewalk at a reasonable price (after cleaning a small section so I could see the difference).
