 + -1 moreI called the service department on a Tuesday for a Thursday morning appointment. Arrived at 7am in front of the shop and the door was opened so I could just pull in without exiting my truck. I was nicely greeted by a technician and was asked if I would like to get my truck's oil changed which I requested. I stepped over to the service counter to confirm my appointment with the service manager and was treated with courtesy and professionalism. The service manager promised to call back later in the day to advise me of the repair status on my truck since I chose not to wait. I received a call mid-afternoon stating that parts were being chased but there was a good possibility that the work would be completed yet that day. I had anticipated that repairs would cost in excess of $500 but was pleasantly surprised when the service manager advised me that my cost would be limited to $100 due to the deductible on the diesel engine warranty. All repairs were promptly completed that day.
Description of Work: My 2003 Ford F250 diesel check engine warning light went on so I took the truck in to be checked out. A diagnostic was performed. Several items were found. It became necessary to replace a camshaft position sensor, an injector control module and pressure regulator and several other small parts. I also had the oil changed.
