+ -1 moreThe owners are very responsive, delightful and easy to work with. The only thing that went wrong was they left a temporary taping of the battery up on the 2 story window which came untaped that night, apparently because there was no bracket on the installation date to put the battery in. I called the owner the next day and they came to install a bracket. I was surprised that no one mentioned to me about the temporary fix during installation, and very surprised to find the battery on the floor instead of on the window the next morning after installation. However, after I called, everyone was very helpful and got me the right bracket for the battery instead of tape. Since the owners are so easy to work with, I would use them again.
Description of Work: Installed a motorized window shade in our 2-story foyer window, operated by remote control.
