They did a great job.  Casey was very responsive when we called and quickly came out for a quote.  When we decided to hire them, they were able to schedule the job for the next week.  Casey and his team arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the job in the time frame expected (1.5 - 2 days).  They also removed a small portion of the siding and ran the ice & water shield up under the siding, to help prevent damage that had been occurring due to ice dams. They were very professional and cleaned up great each day. 

We had used Casey and his team to replace the roof on our prior home, about 11 years ago.  They did a great job then and a great job now.  We would definitely hire them again in the future.

They did good work and their price was good too, but their communication was horrible. We called them to inform them about new downspouts and gutters, but we never got a call back. So their responsiveness was not good.

The experience was very good. They were very easy to work with and they gave me a very good fee. It was a very competitive rate. They completed the work in a timely manner as promised and they cleaned up after themselves. They did very clean work and were very professional.

They did a great job. It took them a while to come out, but when they were here they did a great job. They showed up early in the morning. Their crew started working, removed all the old shingles. When done, they installed the new ones. The color matched our previous ones perfectly. The gutters were installed next. Once again, looked perfect!

Edith, sales rep, and project manager, was very nice and professional, she provided samples of roofing material with the estimate. I got 4 estimates and they were the lowest. She was also flexible with scheduling the project. Due to the plywood being installed the project was more expensive than the estimate and took longer than expected ( 2 weeks). They had 3 workers, one worker was always on clean up. The gutter and siding team were very quick, they came out 2 evening and were done. They all did a great job!

The team was on time, did a thorough job, worked their schedule around the rainy forecast. They did not complete work in one day, as they originally expected. (A lot of plywood was broken and needed replacement.) Returned promptly the next day to finish.

NO CALL, NO SHOW.

A VISIT WAS SCHEDULED, BUT THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. AFTER CALLING AND LEAVING A MESSAGE TO FOLLOW UP, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK.

THEY WERE VERY VERY GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE, NEAT AND TIDY. CAN'T IMAGINE BETTER SERVICE.

CLEANED UP SO WELL BEFORE THEY LEFT EVERY EVENING, PRICE WAS EXCELLENT, CALLED SEVERAL OTHER PLACES, AND THEY WERE BY FAR THE BEST YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO PAY, HE IS VERY RESPONSIVE, HES VERY PATIENT

THEY WERE CAREFUL, YET FAST. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT A REASONABLE PRICE, AND THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROMPT AND CLEANED UP WELL.
