They are professional plus if you have any questions, the owner come out and answers them personally. The quality is excellent. Their responsiveness is pretty good. I have not had an emergency. To set up a maintenance, it depends on what time of year you call. I would say overall an "A". I highly recommend them.

We haven't called them this year. I would recommend them. I would recommend them. They're in the neighborhood. They know what they are doing and they're responsive.

We just had our furnace checked on October 1, 2016 by Al Air. To our surprise the Owner Al was our service guy. (That's right an owner that doesn't sit behind a desk and gets his own hands dirty). My husband and I were hooked from there. Al was beyond knowledgeable, honest and genuine. He did a great thorough job and explained everything to us. Al did not push us to buy anything extra even though he said we need a new chimney liner. He provided us with information regarding the chimney liner and the benefits of having one with a high efficiency furnace and said to read up more on it ( he wasn't pushy with saying "so, when do you want to schedule us to come out and fix it) being professional as he is he also wore booties so my carpet stayed clean. Al was absolutely wonderful and if you need any heating, air conditioning or hot water tank replacements or check-ups, Al-Air is "THE" company to go through, you will not be disappointed! People like Al and his company are few and far between in today's age and it's nice to see. We will be a customer for life now! Thanks Al!!

Al came to the house after a second call and said he'd e-mail me a quote never received it called back 3 times and was told they'd look into it 3 months later & I still haven't heard anything Needless to say I purchased elsewhere

They were very polite, came out for the work on a Saturday which was very helpful. We have used them many times in the past, they are always clean, thorough and reasonably priced.

Al the owner, is very responsive to his appointments and very professional, when he came out to evaluate my furnace and central air unit, he was very straight forward about which i like, since he was the third company to come out and bid the job and spent about a hour and half here explaining everything to me. came about a week later and in 2 days the job was completed. his crew derek and karol are very professional installers and very clean too, i was very impressed with this company and crew. I am a very fussy person when it comes down to installing things and this crew passed with flying colors for sure, also had a little minor glitch with the blower motor and scott came out right away and fixed it which by the way wasand quot;nt the companys fault it was pre set at the factory that way but was very responsive to my needs,very honest and dependable company to deal with.
