The crew of two showed up on time. They were very knowledgable about wifi thermostats, and tinkered with it until it worked perfectly.

I've used Wally's Heating & A/C for 15 years. In an emergency they always put you first. I feel like they are very honest in what they're doing, they're not trying to scam you, or try to sell you something that you don't really need.

It worked for a couple of hours and then quit again. I had to call and have them come back out. They were late for both appointments. He did finally get it fixed, but I wish they could have been here sooner and fixed it right the first time. I'm just glad that it now works again. I don't know if I would hire them again or not.

Wally's is great. They are always honest with their pricing. AC we ordered was not delivered on time so they gave us a high efficiency. Unit at the same price. They have come back at no charge for other small issues.
