I had two pictures containing 3 panels of watercolors each I bought overseas. They were in unfortunate shape, since I rolled them tightly into a cardboard roll. The employee did not damage them, formatted them as specified and explained all my options.

I appreciate the subtle approach they have when offering help with framing. I'm good, but it's nice when they offer a side opinion and a less expensive frame that will work as well. Whenever I had to return for mats, they were ready.
