I rearranged my schedule to accomodate a 7:00 a.m. consultation appointment to evaluate insect pest problems and provide pricing. By 8:00 a.m. I resolved myself to the fact that it was highly unlikely the company representative was being delayed by rush hour traffic. I called the company and the operator told me the representative got and quot;side-trackedand quot; and asked if I would like to reschedule for next week. What the heck getting and quot;side trackedand quot; means I don't know. The company was not even courteous enough to call me when they knew they were not going to keep the appointment. I wasted my time off from work to meet with them. I don't recommend using them unless you want to risk a no show. It is an indication of how they conduct their business and the quality of services that would be received if hired. They didn't even try to offer any type of restitution in connection with potential service from a new customer.

They are very professional and punctual.

He was very helpful and was pessimistic that it would not work. We set traps for 2 weeks and we caught raccoons and I let one go and he let one go and he did not charge me for that since he did not think it would work.

Jeff (for bedbugs) was always courteous, friendly, punctual and even early, and took time to update us and explain what he was doing. It is too soon to tell if they are completely eradicated, but so far so good. The guy who came for mice was also great - he explained everything he was doing, what we could expect and gave my husband some advice about where to eliminate potential openings. They will come back within 30 days for free, but we haven't needed them to. Their 'bait stations' were very effective.
