They didn't show up timely. Not sure they ever completed all the contract called for. They did get rid of the yellow jackets. Not responsive.

Technician showed up on-time. Spotted the major source of concern and said he'd leave a report when he was complete. Report implied the full treatment as listed in contract was not completed. Both contacts to clarify the situation were ignored by the company.

They were recommended when we moved into the neighborhood. We have used them for 4 years. I have had the same technician every time over the years. We have gotten to know him and our grandchildren know him. He is a pleasant man and I have no complaints. If I have something come up between services, he will come and take care of it.

The guy comes once a month to check and spray my home. He leaves a report, and doesn't bother me at all. I have no problems with them. The price is reasonable. They keep the pests away.

He did a marvelous job. The gentleman who came out was so polite and knowledgeable. He explained things to me that another company I was using never did. I even called the company to compliment the gentleman. I had used another company that went out of business. That company turned their customers over to this company. This company honored the contract that I had with the other company.
