The day after we dropped off the snow blower, they called us to say the repair was done and we could pick it up. When we arrived, we found that it was not our snow blower, it was someone else's. They said they would locate our blower and call us when the repair was done. After a few days, we hadn't heard anything from them as to when the repair would be complete, so my husband called them. They said it would be ready the next day and that they would call when we could pick it up. The next day came, and they never called, so we called them again. They said it would be done the following day. This went on for about three weeks, and we still have not gotten our snow blower back. At this point we have no idea what has been done to the snow blower, if they've even started the repair at all or if they even still have it!
