I originally called Alert Protective Services who then referred me to Duke at SafeGuard Security. Duke called back within an hour or so and we discussed the issues. Told me cheaper to buy the part myself online (it was) and then he could install and reprogram the alarm system. The $75 is the service fee to come out and fix the issues. A little steep for the work performed but he was professional and timely. I would use him and the company again.
