I BOUGHT THIS SOFA AFTER SEEING IT AT A FRIEND'S HOUSE AND SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY LARGE INDENTS IN THE SEAT BACK AS I HAVE. THE ORIGINAL CRUSHING IN THE OVERSEAS CRATE DAMAGED THE SOFA STUFFING AND FABRIC PERMANENTLY. THE STEAMING THEY MENTION DID NOT WORK THE FIRST TIME THEY TRIED TO FIX THE SOFA. THE REST OF THE SOFA SEAT BACK AND CUSHIONS DID NOT INDENT AND WRINKLE AFTER BEING WRAPPED IN THE PLASTIC WRAP, ONLY THE PREVIOUSLY DAMAGED AREA. THE STEAMING DID NOT HOLD. IT DID NOT FLUFF UP AS THEY SAID IT WOULD AFTER BEING "AIRED OUT". THE COMPANY'S RESPONSE THAT THE WRINKLES AND CREVICE IN THE ONE SEAT BACK OUT OF FOUR IS THE WAY IT IS MADE IS RIDICULOUS.

ON JULY 7, 2005, WE DELIVERED A TWO PIECE SECTIONAL TO CUSTOMER'S HOME. SHE DID NOTICE A SLIGHT ISSUE WITH THE BOTTOM STITCHING AND THE PILLOW CUSHIONS. I SENT OUT A SERVICE TECHNICIAN RIGHT AWAY TO EVALUATE THE FURNITURE. THE TECHNICIAN SAID THE TOP RIGHT INSIDE BACK PILLOW HAD CREASED PILLOW CORE AND THE BOTTOM FRONT SEAT BAND EDGE CAME LOOSE. HE DID SERVICE IT IN THE WAREHOUSE BECAUSE IT WAS A TIMELY PROCEDURE AND WANTED TO BE CONSIDERATE TO THE CUSTOMER. EVERYTHING LOOKED PERFECT WHEN HE WAS COMPETED. WE WRAP THE FURNITURE WHEN IT'S TIME FOR DELIVERY. THE CORNERS WEREN'T FLUFFY BECAUSE OF THE WRAPPING PROCEDURE. WE SENT THE TECHNICIAN OUT AGAIN AS A COURTESY TO FLUFF AND STEAM BACK PILLOWS. THE CUSTOMER WANTS US TO ADD FILLING TO THE BACK OF THE CUSHIONS. THIS PARTICULAR PIECE IS MADE TO BE VERY RELAXED AND SHOULD NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY TYPE OF WAY. THIS IS NOT A DEFECT OF ANY KIND BUT IS ACTUALLY THE WAY THE SOFA IS MADE. WE HAVE ALSO INCLUDED THE SERVICE REPORTS FROM THE TECHNICIAN. KIMBERLY R.
