Ultimately, we just needed the work "done" quickly, but it was a painful process. He made decisions without consulting us, like installing the garbage disposal on the wrong side of the sink--never asked where we wanted it. Overall, I felt like we got the C team because our project wasn't big enough. The work was shoddy and took much longer than expected.

We bought a house "as-is" and as you can imagine it needed a lot of little things to live in.  Such as re-roofing, putting carpeting in many rooms, redoing the electric, ect.  Whenever there is that type of housework that needs to be done a contractor needs permits from the City/Village that that work is done in.  This company was excellent at balancing the various work that needed to be done.
