I was SO pleased with the work that Tom and Presidential Roofing did, and I would use him again and refer him to friends and family without hesitation. He is extremely knowledgeable, has fair prices, and is completely honest and trustworthy. I am someone who gets many, many estimates before embarking on a house project, and among the estimates I received, the one from Presidential Roofing demonstrated the most concern for completing the job with quality and attention to detail. While a couple of companies tried to upsell me on additional soffit venting, Tom explained why exactly those vents would be an unnecessary cost in our particular case and showed me how our current venting was functioning in the way it was supposed to. His crew worked efficiently with care for our yard (we have kids, so nail removal was important to us), and he was communicative throughout the process. I especially appreciated that he personally inspected our property after the job was completed, went into our attic, and made adjustments to our kitchen vent so that it would work more efficiently for us.

The whole process was great from beginning to end. We got estimates from several roofers and Tom was the most thorough and most reasonable. The roof was done in two days and the gutters were finished in 1/2 a day. They cleaned up impeccably and there was no sign that work was done.

To say I was happy that I made the choice to use Presidential Roofing to perform the tear off and replacement of my roof on my Home, Garage and 3-Season room would be a MASSIVE understatement. From my initial conversation with Tom Mikolajczyk over the phone until the repairs were completed I have never been more pleased with my decision. He came to our home on a Sunday and spent quite a bit of time showing us the different color choices, materials and reviewing the time line of the project. As promised, he and his crew showed up on Monday April 24, 2017 at 7:00am sharp and immediately began laying down tarps to protect my flowers, bushes and grass and then the work began. He even made sure that the crew began the work on the rear of the house first so that I could let my dog out in the back without worry. They literally worked from sun up to sun down and much to my surprise and joy they completed the tear off and replacement on the House, Garage, 3-Season Room and even replaced the roof on the little storage shed we had in the back - ALL IN 1 DAY! They came back the next day again at 7:00am sharp and replaced the gutters in the back and tied down the phone/cable lines and that was it, the project was 100% complete! They left my yard/grass/patio SPOTLESS! There was not one single piece of shingle, nail, plastic, debris ANYWHERE. They left my property as they found it and you wouldn't even have known they had been there other than my BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW ROOF! There was NOT a single point during this whole process that he and his crew did not amaze me with their professionalism, punctuality and quality of workmanship. I have literally had several neighbors come over to ask who did my roof because of how great it looks and how quickly the service was performed. Throughout the whole process, I never felt like Tom was "selling me", it felt more like he was an old friend who was helping me. I would not hesitate to recommend Presidential Roofing to any co-worker/friend/family should they ever be in need of their services. Their folks were polite. You make a judgment on people. I would have walked away from the house and left it open for these people. Just use the bathroom, lock up when you?re done, here is the keys, drop them in the mailbox, that kind of thing. They play the game right. I could do the roof a lot cheaper, I know that, but I decided to go with these guys because of quality, they have been around and he was actually talking me out of stuff. He knows his stuff. They are in the ball park. You could text the guy and he?s right back, on the weekend too. The man has studied the book on how to keep people happy.

The only thing that I was unhappy about, and this is going to be crazy. The guy didn?t cash my check for two weeks. I dropped him an email. ?I have been so busy!? I just wanted to know he got the check. Here you got a guy who is sitting on it. I think after the deposit I sent him like a $7,000 check. He is sitting on it! I?m going, ?this guy doesn?t need the dough!? That is the craziest thing I've ever seen. If he wanted to sit on it because I wrote the check on a home equity line of credit, so the later he cased it, the later I start paying interest. He could sit on it for a year for all I care. That made me chuckle. I text him and he text me back within an hour. I figured he hadn?t received the check. I am thinking could there possibly be a problem with the check. He said, ?oh no, I?ve got it. I just haven?t had a chance to go to the bank!? We were having this warm weather bouts and the guy was out there trying to make a buck. I really respect that.

Mike the crew were great to work with and were always available to discuss options, timing, costs, etc. Everything was upfront and they were very professional with us and our neighbors through out the process. Communication regarding weather and timing were very upfront and clear.

From start to finish the entire experience was a positive one. From the initial decision making process to the crew being very professional and taking every precaution to make sure nothing was damaged around our house. I highly recommend Presidential for your roofing needs.

Tom provided a professional-typed estimate within two days of our request. Our job was estimated in October, and we scheduled our work for March. Without our request, Tom took the initiative to secure an area near a vent where it appeared animals had chewed in an attempt to gain entry to the attic. On the day of service, Tom and his crew arrived promptly at 7am, and worked without a break in order to finish before sundown. The perimeter of the house was carefully draped, and obstacles (i.e. grill) moved out of the way (and returned to their customary places at the end of the day) The crew took their time to thoroughly clean the area surrounding the house, removing all nails and debris (this was made difficult by a windy day and debris that had scattered into the neighbor's lawn!) The finished product is beautiful, with obviously top-quality work. I cannot recommend Tom and Presidential Roofing enough!

They were fabulous. The diagnosed a problem that we had noticed and nobody else had been able to explain why we had this problem. There was a dip in the roof and nobody really gave us a reason or solution for it. He not only came in with the best price, he was able to correct the dip in the roof. We were very happy with that. We would use them again.

They did a good job. I rate them high overall. The owner was part of the crew. He answers the phone even when he is working.
