David is very reliable which is so important when you find yourself in a situation where your computer will not start and your work documents are stored on the hard drive and not backed up. He will always pick you your call and solve whatever problem you might have within hours. I can guarantee that his IT knowledge surpasses that of a geek squad always. Whenever someone shared with me that the geek squad could not help them I referred them to PcMatix. All are very satisfied and repeated clients. I would highly recommend Pcmatix for your IT needs.

Description of Work: David upgraded the operating system on my 5 year old computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. He cleaned up my computer, updated all drivers and my security software. He also instructed me on using the new system. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual.

That's because not only did I just join Angie's but, he really saved our some productivity this time. This is only one example of the times he came through in a pinch. He is knowledgeable, considerate, professional and honest. He has always been fair with pricing and honest with what he could deliver. You won't go wrong when you hire them!
Description of Work: We had a computer crash in the office on Friday afternoon and we gave him a call. He not only came into our office at the end of the day to pick it up, he delivered it first thing Monday morning. Basically, not missing any computer time during the work day.
