Larry was great. I walked him through what work I wanted done and he provided three proposals. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion and I couldn't be happier with the result. The only thing that I think could be improved is the process of the consultation. I originally found Larry's company via Angi. When I contacted him to come out for the consultation, there was no mention of a fee. Even though he eventually waived the fee when the job was completed, the failure to mention that seemed like an oversight.

After years of having frequent water pressure issues throughout the house and having to clear sediment out of faucet/shower screens we decided to replace the galvanized pipe in our basement since everything else was already copper to kitchen/bathrooms. I received a few quotes and Olympian was not my cheapest option (although slightly cheaper than larger plumbing companies in the area), but after speaking with Larry about the issues I was hoping to address and that he would be doing the work I decided to move forward with Olympian. Larry came out on the days we agreed on and made sure I was happy with the result. He came back a couple days later to address some concerns I had and make sure to answer any questions I had and generally educate me on my house plumbing overall. After having the galvanized replaced there is much greater flow throughout the house and I was able to turn the hot water heater temperature down 2 notches and it is still hotter in our master shower than it was previously (with much more pressure), which is the furthest hot water run. Larry was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future. Thanks Larry!

Had to have my toilet reset. Larry came out and got me all set up. Very fair price, and a very professional job. I will use Olympian Plumbing for all plumbing work moving forward!!
