I needed an emergency furnace replacement (-20 windchill with no heat) and NiRidge was the first company to respond to my call. There was very little communication before they started. They used round ductwork to connect the furnace to to existing rectangular ductwork which was not installed at right angles.This left numerous gaps where air escapes out of the system. My basement was a disaster area when they left. I did not receive a bill for the work. Two other HVAC companies have looked at the work and indicated the quality it horrible. There is also a question about whether the furnace is too small for my house. After 3 calls, I received an invoice in the mail, but still no breakdown of parts vs. labor. The owner of the company felt free to walk around my house into any room which made me feel like he was casing the place.
