I would say that their product is good, but their service is horrible. We had used a decorator named Olga previously and we ordered wood blinds for our upstairs bedrooms. When those were delivered, they did not come with the wands we ordered. Olga promised to schedule a follow up appointment to fix the wands problem, but that never happened. 9 months later, we needed shades for our downstairs rooms. I called JC Penney for an appointment and specifically asked that we not work with Olga. She came to our house anyway, and talked my wife into using her. Come installation day, the installer delivered our shades, but one did not fit. He thus left and left the debris from his work on our porch. We talked to Olga and she said that she would rush order the incorrectly ordered blinds. That took four weeks (a week shorter than the original order). When it came time to install the new shades, the installer called on the day of the appointment and rescheduled the day of the appointment.
