I bought a 32" Insignia (made by LG) plasma TV for my fianc e for a holiday gift. My fianc e was watching the TV 11 days later and there was a sudden pop sound. The TV then had no picture (only sound) and a crack in the screen. I took it back to the BB store where I purchased it and they refused to take it back because it was "damaged." The TV self imploded and I'm horrified that the store manager refused any help at all. The manager said that they just have not had any other TVs with this problem and implied that we must have created the damage. They just robbed us of $525.00. Some online research has unfortunately pointed out that a repair would cost far more than the set itself. Taking this to small claims court might be $200.00 or more, so were weighing our options. Don't risk shopping at BB, as they don't back their products and their customer service is horrible.
