Moving
They were about six or seven hours late from when we arranged the pick up time. When they got there they lied about the weather. When they came they gave me a lot of paper work that should have already been filled out. They charged me extra money than what they quoted me. They waited until they go there to tell me. They delivered the furniture about 2 weeks late. We had to call them to see when they were going to deliver the furniture because it was late. They were rude and hostile. They lied about not having my credit card on file. They made us walk through the payment application again and then quoted us a new date for delivery. They even threatened to not deliver the furniture at all.
