It was great. They were there when they said they would be, did a great job and cleaned up.

From the beginning to the end, the experience with this company was great. My realtor recommended Mitch to me and I immediately called because everyone he has referred to me in the past has been a total pro. I thought the installation was very well done and a good price. The workers were very respectful and flexible while working in my house with my dog and child! They were helpful as well while figuring out the molding choice and some last minute design details. I was very relaxed working with then.

Mitch was referred to us by our realtor, so we also shopped for quotes from other Angie's List flooring specialists- Mitch's quote was literally a third of the cost. It was clear he really knew what he was talking about, and wasn't a salesman. He scheduled the job within the week, and finished in a day. (Property was a 2 bedroom flat in Humboldt Park- all work floors, some requiring sanding, some only polishing.) We were so pleased with the results, that we hired him again for another property in Milwaukee actually. That job included two flights of stairs and about three times the square footage. We were not in town during the work, so he shared tons of pictures and texts to make sure we would be happy with the results. Overall, incredibly professional and talented!

I was very happy with Mitch and his crew. He worked well in concert with the people from Accurate Remodeling to get things done in order and on time. They were efficient, showed up when they said they would, and did a good job for the rental apartment rehab I was undertaking.

The guy was honest about some pet stains which he thought would not come out completely. They worked fast and did not leave a big mess for me to clean up. Our floors are beautiful except for a couple of pet stains in the den. I have found a couple of scratched-looking surfaces but they're hard to see most of the time. The coating seems to be a protectant against the rain and mud that works it's way into the house from the pets and my husband. I believe we will use them again in a week or two when we refinish the upstairs rooms and the staircase. Of course, after the two male dogs meet their maker I'm going back to wall to wall carpeting. It's soft and toasty.
