Robert and his plumber came in and gave a very thorough and brutally honest assessment of my situation -- i was getting no water in my shower and bathroom sink. The culprit was old pipes. Robert even showed me where the pipes were starting to rust and leak. He explained things VERY clearly and gave me a very competitive and fair price. His team was prompt, thorough and did an amazing job. I would recommend them for ANYTHING without hesitation.

We have nothing but glowing reviews for this company. The owner, Robert Kolada, is so wonderful to work with, and is always there with valuable input. He has excellent suggestions and makes sure that all work is carried out to his standards, which are very high. In the course of this current project he uncovered some leaking pipes in the ceiling and instead of feeling worried, I was completely calm because I knew from experience that he could and would put everything right. Robert has a good eye for design and has frequently won me over with his ideas when I might have done something differently. I appreciate having someone who is not just a and quot;technicianand quot;, following instructions whether they are good or bad. He has several times pointed out possibilities or solutions that I hadn't though of, whereas I have had others in the past just do what is asked with no personal investment in the project. The worksite is always maintained safely and when the team leaves for the day, everything is cleaned up. We give Big and Small our highest recommendation and would never use anyone else. I'm already thinking about the next project! Oh, and one more thing, the projects have always been done start to finish without a huge gap in the middle. When we had projects done previously, before we started using Big and Small, everything would be moving along, and then all of a sudden nothing happens for two weeks, because someone else's job takes priority. That is something I have not experienced with Robert over the course of four projects he has done for us.

Robert and his team are complete professionals. The moment we met Robert, we knew he was the person we would use. He let us know during our initial meeting that he was very detailed and his quote could be higher than others. His bid spelled out exactly what the job would entail and he picked up things we hadn't thought about. We had other contractors bid the job as well and none of them gave the amount of details that Robert did. All of the bids were very close with the final number but we knew exactly what to expect with Robert. Robert and his team were professional, prompt and did an amazing job. The drywall is nothing short of perfection, along with a perfect paint job and the trim is top notch. We had an Ikea floating vanity that we wanted to be installed for the bathroom. It required extra work seeing that our home is from the 70's and needed a bit of plumbing corrections. The sink and vanity were challenging but Robert made sure everything was installed properly. We were thrilled with the outcome. We did quite a bit of searching for a contractor we could trust and Robert is truly one of a kind. He and his team were prompt and cleaned up everyday before they left for the night. I would recommend him without question. I know we will use his team for any future projects.

We needed repairs caused by storm damage to a window frame and also drywall repair that was a result of foundation repair. Robert did all that plus painted our entire downstairs. He did excellent work and was super thorough and clean.
