APPLE REMODELING

They started late (on the wrong day), arrived late on the day they came. They installed the floor tile over our old tile even though it said in the contract that they were to remove our old tile first. This caused a chain reaction of problems. The floor didn't match up to the hardwood of our hall so they installed an inch high threshold that looked awful (you would have to step over it to enter the bathroom). Then they had to shave our doors so they would close. They installed a tub liner with corners that didn't match (later they claimed it was the warehouse's fault). They scratched up our brand new vanities, got toilet water all over our new carpet and reinstalled our baseboards very poorly. Upon reviewing their work we were mortified. Our contact wouldn't return calls & took over a month to come look at the work (after we refused to make the 2nd payment). We were shocked by the poor work and awful service. We have hired another contractor to redo their work.
